Olympiad participants will face original and interesting tasks, compiled using the “IntellekT” technology. This unique educational technology was developed at the Lomonosov School. This event will help demonstrate not only knowledge of school subjects, but also attention, memory, thinking and imagination.

🌟 What is the Intellect Olympic?

The Intellect Olympic is an international metaskills competition created by the Lomonosov Private School for students from grades 2 to 11. It focuses not on subject knowledge but on developing and assessing higher-level thinking skills.

It is officially recognized by the Russian Ministry of Education and is included in the list of recommended school Olympiads.

🧠 What Skills Does It Assess?

The Olympiad is based on the school’s unique educational program, which evaluates four main cognitive abilities:

• Iron Logic – analytical and deductive thinking

• Precise Memory – ability to recall and retain information accurately

• Stable Attention – focus and concentration over time

• Dynamic Imagination – creativity and mental flexibility

These areas are tested through original and playful tasks that go beyond standard academic exercises.

🌐 Format & Participation

• Format: The Olympiad is conducted online, making it accessible to students from different countries.

• Language: It is offered in both Russian and English, with English participants grouped into levels such as Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Upper-Intermediate.

• Reach: Over 500 students participate each year from countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, India, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, and the USA.

• Structure: It typically includes a regional (qualifying) stage and an international final round.

🏅 Awards & Certificates

• Winners are awarded the title of absolute champion.

• Additional prizes are given in each age category and skill nomination (e.g. best memory, best logic).

• All participants receive diplomas or certificates recognizing their achievements.

📅 Recent Events

• In 2022, the Olympiad welcomed hundreds of students from Russia and Central Asia.

• The 2023 and 2024 editions followed similar formats with strong international participation.

• In 2025, the regional round was held in March, and the online international final is expected to be held in April.
